【摘要】 本文阐述了侧支循环的概念、意义以及目前临床对于缺血性卒中患者侧支循环开放评估的主要方法、优劣点，同时对激光散斑成像技术的发展现状、临床应用、可能发展前景进行了分析，从而为临床判断脑侧支循环的建立的评估方法提供参考。
