运动训练对中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺康复的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨运动训练对中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺康复的影响情况。方法:回顾性分析本院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者106例的临床资料,按是否行门诊运动康复训练分为对照组(n=50)和觀察组(n=56),对照组行常规药物治疗和健康宣教,观察组行常规药物治疗、健康宣教及运动康复训练。观察两组中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者干预前后血气分析、6 min步行运动距离、呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分、肺功能指标情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者PaO2、PaCO2、6 min步行运动距离、mMRC评分、FEV1、FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PaO2、6 min步行运动距离、FEV1、FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC%均高于治疗前,PaCO2、mMRC评分均低于治疗前,观察组治疗后PaO2、6 min步行运动距离、FEV1、FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC%均高于对照组,PaCO2、mMRC评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动训练在中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用,可以改善临床症状,提高血氧分压和肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To approach influence of lung rehabilitation for moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by exercise training.Method:The 106 cases clinical data of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,which was to be divided into the control group(n=50)and observation group(n=56)by using outpatient exercise rehabilitation or not,the control group received conventional drug therapy and health education,the observation group received conventional drug therapy,health education and exercise rehabilitation training.Blood gas analysis,6 min walking distance,mMRC score and lung function indexes before and after intervention were observed in patients with moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the two groups.Result:The PaO2,PaCO2,6MWD,mMRC,FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC% of two group before treatment were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05),the PaO2,6MWD,FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC% of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,PaCO2,mMRC score were lower than those before treatment,the PaO2,6MWD,FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC% of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group,PaCO2,mMRC score were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lung rehabilitation for moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by exercise training,which could improve clinical symptoms,increase blood oxygen partial pressure and lung function,it is worth to be used.
