阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、凝血功能及血清炎症因子的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的:探究阿替普酶靜脉溶栓对急性脑梗死(ACI)的治疗作用及对相关指标的影响。方法:将2016年6月-2018年6月于东莞东华医院和河南省人民医院诊治的60例ACI患者设为研究对象,以随机方法分组,对照组接受常规治疗,试验组基于对照组接受阿普替酶静脉溶栓治疗,疗程结束后,比较两组临床效果的差异。结果:经2周治疗后,试验组总有效率(90.00%)较对照组(63.33%)明显升高(P<0.05);试验组NIHSS评分、NSE及S100β水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组TT、APTT水平均明显低于对照组,PT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组大脑中动脉Vm、Vp及Vd水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组IL-1β、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组SOD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死效果可靠,有助于消除氧化应激及炎症反应,对改善脑动脉血流及脑神经功能有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase on acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its influence on related therapeutic indexes.Method:A total of 60 patients with ACI who treated in Dongguan Tungwah Hospital and Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase based on the control group,after the course of treatment,the differences of clinical effect between two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS score,the levels of NSE and S100β in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TT and APTT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and PT levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Vm,Vp and Vd levels of middle cerebral artery in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SOD in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis is effective in the treatment of ACI,which is helpful to eliminate oxidative stress and inflammation,and has an important significance in improving cerebral artery blood flow and cerebral nerve function.
