与软组织韧带样型纤维瘤病相比，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、滑膜肉瘤在病理基础上多伴有囊性变、坏死区、甚至钙化[19-20]，鉴别恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、滑膜肉瘤两种软组织病变可借助囊变坏死、钙化等CT影像学特征。

    综上所述，软组织韧带样型纤维瘤病具有一定的生物学特征，能反映在CT像学表现上。
