【摘要】 静脉溶栓是急性缺血性脑卒中早期恢复血流的首选方案，但很大一部分患者在静脉溶栓后仍处于残疾状态，早期血管内治疗、抗血栓等治疗在一定程度上能提高血管再通率，改善脑血循环，改善患者预后。本文对急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后早期改善脑血循环治疗的研究进展进行综述。
