生血宝合剂联合地榆升白片防治胃癌患者化疗后毒性反应的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察生血宝合剂联合地榆升白片防治胃癌患者化疗后毒性反应的临床有效性和安全性。方法：选取2016年2月-2018年2月本院肿瘤内科收治经临床与病理诊断为胃恶性肿瘤患者112例，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各56例。对照组予以XELOX方案治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用生血宝合剂与地榆升白片治疗。比较两组治疗后的血液毒性指标(WBC减少、Hb减少、PLT减少)、治疗前后血常规指标水平(WBC、Hb、PLT)、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组Ⅱ度及以上WBC减少、PLT减少的总发生率分别为37.50%、16.07%，均低于对照组66.07%、44.64%(P<0.01)，观察组Hb减少总发生率71.43%，低于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);治疗后，两组WBC、Hb、PLT水平均低于治疗前，但观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量总体改善率分别为80.36%，高于对照组的58.93%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，且均是轻微可控的。结论：生血宝合剂联合地榆升白片可以有效地减轻胃癌患者化疗后毒性反应，对患者多项血液学相关指标水平也有着较好的调节作用，能改善患者的生活质量，对患者病情的转归具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengxuebao Mixture combined with Diyushengbai Tablet in the prevention and treatment of toxic reaction of gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy.Method：A total of 112 patients with gastric malignant tumors diagnosed clinically and pathologically in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with XELOX regimen，while observation group was treated with Shengxuebao Mixture and Diyushengbai Tablet on the basis of the control group.The blood toxicity indexes(WBC，Hb，PLT decreased)after treatment，blood routine indexes(WBC，Hb，PLT)before and after treatment，quality of life and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the Ⅱ degree or higher degree total reduction incidence of WBC and PLT in the observation group were 37.50% and 16.07%，which were lower than 66.07% and 44.64% in the control group(P<0.01)，the total incidence of Hb reduction in the observation group was 71.43%，which was lower than 87.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of WBC，Hb and PLT in the two groups were lower than those of before treatment，but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was 80.36%，higher than 58.93% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05)，and they were slightly controllable.Conclusion：Shengxuebao Mixture combined with Diyushengbai Tablet can effectively alleviate the toxic reaction of gastric cancer patients after chemotherapy，it also has a good regulating effect on the level of many hematological related indicators of patients，can improve the quality of life of patients，and has a positive significance for the prognosis of patients’ condition., http://www.100md.com(李兆艳 刘勇)
