抚触护理联合音乐干预在呼吸重症监护室护理中的临床效果及对患者负性情绪的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討抚触护理联合音乐干预在呼吸重症监护室护理中的临床效果及对患者负性情绪的影响。方法：随机选取2016年6月-2018年6月本院呼吸重症监护室治疗的患者300例，采用随机数字表法将研究对象分成为两组，各150例。对照组实施常规ICU护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上实施抚触护理及音乐干预，对比两组临床效果及对负面情绪的影响。结果：对照组机械通气相关性肺炎发生率为38.0%，明显高于观察组的8.0%(P<0.05)。对照组血清炎症因子水平均高于观察组(P<0.05)。两组干预前SDS、SAS评分对比，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后SAS、SDS评分与干预前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组干预后SAS、SDS评分对比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组干预后SDS和SAS超过界值的人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组满意度为74.0%，低于观察组的92.0%(P<0.05)。结论：在呼吸重症监护室患者的护理中引入抚触护理及音乐干预，能有效提高临床治疗效果，缓解患者的负面情绪。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of touch nursing combined with music intervention in the respiratory intensive care unit nursing and its influence on patients’ negative emotions.Method：A total of 300 patients treated in the respiratory intensive care unit of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table，150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ICU nursing intervention，and the observation group was given touch nursing and music intervention on the basis of the control group，the clinical effects and the impact on negative emotions of two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of mechanical ventilation-related pneumonia in the control group was 38.0%，significantly higher than 8.0% of the observation group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factors in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).There were no differences in SDS scores and SAS scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).There were differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention，the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were compared，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The numbers of SDS and SAS exceeding the threshold in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group was 74.0%，lower than 92.0% in the observation group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The introduction of touch nursing and music intervention in the care of patients in the respiratory intensive care unit can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and alleviate the negative emotions of patients., http://www.100md.com(曹云 黄秀萍 刘璐 梁桂金)
