经阴道三维超声评估宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜容积和血流参数的变化(1)
【摘要】 目的:探討经阴道三维超声(3D-TVS)对宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜容积和血流参数的变化。方法:选取2018年9-12月在本院确诊的90例宫腔粘连患者作为观察组,另外选取同期90例宫腔正常的女性作为对照组,所有研究对象均行3D-TVS检查,根据检查结果计算内膜容积和血流参数,分析并比较不同分级的宫腔粘连患者内膜容积和血流参数的变化,并比较其与正常女性之间的差异。结果:观察组患者子宫内膜容积显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且宫腔粘连等级越高,子宫内膜容积越低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血管指数(VI)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者血流指数(FI)和血管化血流指数(VFI)均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着宫腔粘连等级的增加,患者FI和VFI均显著降低。结论:3D-TVS可有效评价不同宫腔粘连等级患者的子宫内膜容积变化和血流变化,具有较高的临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of endometrial volume and blood flow parameters in patients with intrauterine adhesion by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-TVS).Method:90 patients with uterine cavity adhesion diagnosed in our hospital from September to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 90 women with normal uterine cavity during the same period were selected as the control group,all subjects underwent 3D-TVS examination,and intimal volume and blood flow parameters were calculated according to the examination results,changes of intimal volume and blood flow parameters in patients with intrauterine adhesions of different grades were analyzed and compared with those in normal women.Result:Endometrial volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the higher the degree of intrauterine adhesion,the lower the endometrial volume,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in vascular index(VI)(P>0.05);however,the blood flow index(FI)and vascularized blood flow index(VFI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).With the increase of intrauterine adhesion level,patient FI and VFI decreased significantly.Conclusion:3D-TVS can effectively evaluate endometrial volume and blood flow changes in patients with different levels of intrauterine adhesion,which is of high clinical value.
