骨髓增生异常综合征患者应用青黄散临床疗效及对QOL评分的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探討骨髓增生异常综合征患者应用青黄散临床疗效及对生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院收治的52例骨髓增生异常综合征患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，各26例。对照组进行常规治疗，研究组进行青黄散治疗。比较两组治疗效果、外周血象、免疫功能及QOL评分。结果：研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(字2=5.421，P<0.05);治疗前，两组血小板、血红蛋白与骨髓原始细胞百分比比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，研究组血小板、血红蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组骨髓原始细胞百分比比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，研究组免疫功能各相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对骨髓增生异常综合征患者进行青黄散治疗，可有效改善临床症状，改善免疫功能和外血象，有利于病情恢复，提高生活质量，具有非常高的临床应用价值，应进一步推广和应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qinghuang Powder in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and its influence on quality of life (QOL) scores. Method： A total of 52 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method， 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and the study group was treated with Qinghuang Powder. The therapeutic effects， peripheral blood image， immune function and QOL score were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (字2=5.421， P<0.05). Before treatment， there were no statistically significant differences in platelet， hemoglobin and the percentage of bone marrow blast cells between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment， the platelet and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment， the percentage of bone marrow blast cells in the two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05). After treatment， the all relevant indexes of immune function of the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). And all QOL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： The treatment of Qinghuang Powder for patients with myelodysplastic syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms， the immune function and the external blood picture， be conducive to the recovery of the disease and improve the quality of life. It has a very high clinical value and should be further promoted and applied.
