综上所述，因铁蛋白降低能降低全身微炎症状态，在延缓左心室肥厚的发生上起到积极作用，故尿毒症MHD患者通过多模式组合透析治疗降低血氨基末端BNP、铁蛋白水平具有重要意义，有利于提高透析患者的生存质量。
