疏肝利胆方联合耳穴压丸治疗肝胆湿热气滞型胆结石的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察肝胆湿热气滞型胆结石应用疏肝利胆方联合耳穴压丸治疗的效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2019年5月本院收治的80例肝胆湿热气滞型胆结石患者开展研究，随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组40例采用常规西药治疗，基于此观察组40例加用疏肝利胆方联合耳穴压丸治疗，对比两组临床症状评分、治疗总有效率、结石数目及大小、不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗后各项中医症状评分与对照组相比均较低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组结石数目少于对照组，且结石小于对照组，差异均统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，且所有不良反应经正确处理后均有效缓解。结论：在肝胆湿热气滞型胆结石治疗中，采用疏肝利胆方联合耳穴压丸治疗，既可减少结石数目及大小、缓解临床症状，又能提高治疗总有效率，且治疗中所产生的不良反应经正确处理后可有效缓解，临床用药安全性较高，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Shugan Lidan Decoction combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing Pills in hepatobiliary damp-heat qi-stagnation type gallstone. Method： From February 2018 to May 2019， 80 patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat qi-stagnation type gallstones admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Forty patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. Based on this， 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Shugan Lidan Decoction combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing Pills. The clinical symptom score， total effective rate of treatment， number and size of stones， and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Result： Compared with the control group， the TCM symptom scores after treatment in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group， the number of stones in the observation group was less， the stone size was smaller than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05)， and all adverse reactions were effectively relieved after correct treatment. Conclusion： In the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat qi-stagnation type gallstones， Shugan Lidan Decoction combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing Pills can reduce the number and size of stones， alleviate clinical symptoms， and improve the total effective rate of treatment. The adverse reactions can be effectively alleviated after correct treatment， and the safety of clinical medication is high， which is worthy of popularization and application.
