【摘要】 现阶段，我国的全科医学仍存在很多问题，比如：学科建设与发展滞缓，学科定位不清晰，全科医学培养体系及培养质量与实际需求存在较大差距等。本文针对这些问题，对本院全科医学中心的学科建设、学科定位、学科功能状况等进行系统分析，探索适合我国国情的全科医学学科建设与发展模式，为切实提高医疗服务的延续性、有效性提供实证依据。
