改良外固定法与传统外固定法对留置导尿管患者的应用效果比较(1)
【摘要】 目的：对比改良外固定法与传统外固定法对留置导尿管患者的应用效果。方法：选取2016年8月-2018年10月本院收治的114例留置导尿管的患者，利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各57例。对照组行传统固定法固定导尿管，观察组采用改良外固定法固定导尿管，两组导尿管固定前后均实施全面的护理干预。对比两组舒适度、操作时间、固定装置维持时间、住院时间、非计划拔管率、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果：观察组VAS评分、BSSS评分均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作时间、住院时间均较对照组短，固定装置维持时间较对照组长，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非计划拔管率、不良反应发生率均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：与传统外固定法相比，改良外固定法对留置导尿管患者的应用效果更佳，可有效提升患者舒适度，延长固定装置维持时间，降低非计划拔管率与不良反应发生率，缩短住院时间。

[Abstract] Objective： To compare the effect of modified external fixation and traditional external fixation on indwelling catheter. Method： A total of 114 patients with indwelling catheter in our department from August 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by random number table， 57 cases in each group. The control group fixed the catheter with traditional external fixation， while the observation group fixed the catheter with modified external fixation， two groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention before and after the catheter fixed. The comfort degree， operation time， fixing device maintenance time， hospitalization time， unplanned extubation rate， incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Result： The VAS score and BSSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group， and the fixed device maintenance time was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05). The unplanned extubation rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Compared with the traditional external fixation， the modified external fixation has a better effect in the application of fixed catheter nursing. It can effectively improve the comfort of patients， prolong the maintenance time of fixed devices， reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation and adverse reactions， and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
