【摘要】 在有各异功能的众多脂肪细胞因子中，脂联素是目前为止唯一发现与高血压呈负相关的细胞因子。高血压作为基因遗传病认为与脂联素基因单核苷酸多态性有密切关系。本文为研究276G/T，45T/G等基因位点与高血压的发生关系并提高治疗靶向性进行综述。
