坐式八段锦联合早期康复训练对脊髓损伤患者日常生活活动能力的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的:探討坐式八段锦联合早期康复训练对脊髓损伤(SCI)患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月本院收治的60例SCI患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理和早期康复训练,观察组基于以上干预加坐式八段锦锻炼。对比治疗前及治疗1、3个月后的脊髓功能独立性、日常生活活动能力、作业活动能力及生活质量变化。结果:治疗1、3个月后,两组患者的脊髓功能独立性评估量表-Ⅲ(SCIM-Ⅲ)评分、日常生活活动能力、改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表评分、加拿大作业表现量表(COPM)评分中关于表现得分与满意度得分及世界卫生组织生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版评分均呈逐渐升高趋势,均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),组内不同时间点对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组以上量表评分变化幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坐式八段锦联合早期康复训练能明显提高SCI患者的脊髓功能独立性、日常生活活动能力、作业活动能力及生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effects of sitting Baduanjin combined with early rehabilitation training on activities of daily living of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI). Method: A total of 60 patients with SCI from June 2017 to June 2019 June were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and early rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given sitting Baduanjin exercise based on the above intervention. The spinal cord function independence, activities of daily living, ability of working activities and quality of life were compared before treatment and after 1 month and 3 months of treatment between the two groups. Result: After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the Spinal Cord Independence Measure-Ⅲ (SCIM-Ⅲ) score, activities of daily living, modified Barthel Index (MBI) scale score, performance score and satisfaction score of Canadian Occupational Performance Measures (COPM) and the score of Chinese Version of World Health Organization Quality of Life Profile (WHOQOL-BREF) all showed gradual increases in the two groups, and they were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and there were statistically significant differences at different time points within the groups (P<0.05), and the changes of the above-mentioned scales in observation group were significantly greater than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sitting Baduanjin combined with early rehabilitation training can significantly improve the independence of spinal cord function, activities of daily living, ability of working activities and quality of life in patients with SCI.
