不同剂量二甲双胍联合阿格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的疗效研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：評价不同剂量的二甲双胍联合阿格列汀对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的治疗价值。方法：选取2017年10月-2018年10月于本院就诊并确诊为2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的门诊及住院患者83例。根据随机数字表法分为A组40例和B组43例。A组给予二甲双胍1 g/次，2次/d;B组给予二甲双胍0.5 g/次，2次/d;两组均同时给予苯甲酸阿格列汀25 mg/次，1次/d。比较两组治疗前后的血糖、骨代谢、骨密度，观察两组并发症发生情况。结果：治疗6、12个月后，A组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均低于B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后，A组PⅠNP水平高于B组，β-CTX水平低于B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后，A组L4-BMD、FW-BMD均高于治疗前，且均高于B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后，A组骨折发生率为2.50%，总并发症发生率为5.00%，均低于B组的16.28%、20.93%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：服用1 g/次，2次/d剂量的二甲双胍联合阿格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症具有良好疗效。

[Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic value of different doses of Metformin combined with Agliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis. Method： A total of 83 outpatient and inpatient patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes combined with osteoporosis were selected from October 2017 to October 2018. According to the random number table method， 40 cases were divided into group A and 43 cases were divided into group B. Group A was given Metformin 1 g/ time and 2 times /day. In group B， Metformin was given 0.5 g/ time and 2 times /day. Agliptin Benzoate was given 25 mg/ time and 1 time /day in both groups. Blood glucose， bone metabolism and bone density of the two groups were compared before and after treatment， the complications of the two groups were observed. Result： After 6 months and 12 months of treatment， the levels of FBG， 2 h PG and HbA1c in group A were lower than those in group B， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 12 months of treatment， the level of PⅠNP in group A was higher than that in group B， the β-CTX level was lower than group B， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 12 months of treatment， L4-BMD and FW-BMD in group A were both higher than those before treatment， and higher than those in group B， with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After 12 months of treatment， the fracture rate of group A was 2.50%， and the total complication rate was 5.00%， which were lower than 16.28% and 20.93% of group B， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
