辨证穴位贴敷联合健康管理干预糖尿病前期的有效性研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討辨证穴位贴敷联合健康管理干预糖尿病前期(impaired glucose regulation,IGR)的有效性。方法:选取本院2019年1-12月60例IGR患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照干预方法的不同将其分成对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)。对照组给予常规健康管理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上联合辨证穴位贴敷。比较两组干预效果和干预前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),以及糖尿病转化和血糖复常和并发症发生情况。结果:试验组干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组FPG、2 h PG及HbA1c均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组糖尿病转化率和并发症发生率均低于对照组,而血糖复常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证穴位贴敷联合健康管理干预IGR患者效果显著,能够延缓IGR向糖尿病的转化,促进血糖复常,降低并发症发生率,值得临床借鉴和推广。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effectiveness of acupoint application based on syndrome differentiation combined with health management in the intervention of impaired glucose regulation (IGR). Method: The clinical data of 60 IGR patients in our hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30) according to different intervention methods. The control group was given routine health management intervention, and the experimental group was given acupoint application based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. The effects of intervention, and fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) before and after intervention, and diabetic conversion, blood glucose recovery and complications were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, FPG, 2 h PG and HbA1c in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The diabetes conversion rate and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the blood glucose recovery rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The acupoint application based on syndrome differentiation combined with health management has a significant effect on IGR patients, which can delay the transformation from IGR to diabetes, promote the recovery of blood glucose, and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
