【摘要】 目的：探讨中药贴敷联合推拿对先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿术后胃肠功能的影响。方法：选取2019年1-12月本院收治的100例CHD患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患儿分A组与B组，每组50例。A组行侧胸小切口外科手术治疗，B组在A组基础上进行中药贴敷联合推拿。比较两组胃肠功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果：B组排便与排气时间均短于A组(P<0.05)。两组恢复进食时间，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论：中药贴敷联合推拿能促进CHD患儿胃肠道功能恢复，减少并发症。
