    【摘要】 糖尿病和心血管疾病都是目前受到广泛关注和研究的公共健康问题，心力衰竭因其日益上升的发病率、住院率、死亡率及较高的医疗负担，也越来越受到密切关注。糖尿病患者心衰的患病率明显增加，故对糖尿病患者进行心衰的早期识别与干预可预防并延缓心衰的发生发展，甚至降低心衰患者的反复住院率及死亡率。本文就糖尿病并心力衰竭的现况、发病机制及诊疗进展等作综述，以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。

    [Abstract] Diabetes and cardiovascular diseases are all public health problems that are widely concerned and studied. Heart failure is increasingly concerned by its increasing incidence rate， hospitalization rate， mortality rate and higher medical burden. The prevalence of heart failure in diabetic patients increased significantly， so early identification and intervention of heart failure in diabetic patients can prevent and delay the occurrence and development of heart failure， and even reduce the repeated hospitalization rate and mortality of heart failure patients. This article reviews the current situation， pathogenesis， diagnosis and treatment progress of diabetes mellitus with heart failure in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment. ......
