低氧诱导因子-1α在视网膜母细胞瘤肿瘤生物学及治疗中的作用研究进展
刘景晨 李蕾 徐兵 孙曙光【摘要】 缺氧是中晚期视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)发生率非常高的微环境改变,缺氧调节的主要因子低氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia inducible factors-1α,HIF-1α)在RB的肿瘤生物学方面发挥着关键作用。因此,HIF-1α在RB肿瘤生物学中的作用研究是开发新的抗RB药物及治疗的重点所在,本文对HIF-1α在RB肿瘤生物学方面的作用及基于HIF-1α抗RB研究的方面做一综述,为RB的治疗寻找新的方向。

[Abstract] Hypoxia is a very high incidence of microenvironmental changes in advanced retinoblastoma(RB). Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), the key factor in the regulation of hypoxia microenvironment, plays a key role in retinoblastoma cell proliferation,tumor metastasis, tumor angiogenesis, drug resistance generation and differentiation of tumor stem cells. Therefore, the study on the role of HIF-1α in RB tumor biology is the focus of the development of new anti-rb drugs and treatments. In this paper, the biological role of HIF-1α in RB tumor and the anti-RB research based on HIF-1α were reviewed, so as to find a new direction for the treatment of RB.
