    【摘要】 目的：探讨HCV-cAg在丙型肝炎中的诊断价值。方法：选取2017年2月-2019年2月于本院就诊的72例疑似丙型肝炎患者为研究对象。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测HCV-RNA水平，分析HCV-RNA与HCV-cAg的检测结果，HCV-RNA不同载血量血清的HCV-cAg阳性率。结果：HCV-cAg检测的准确度88.9%(64/72)，特异度92.7%(38/41)，灵敏度83.9%(26/31)。HCV-RNA载血量血清数值106 IU/mL患者的HCV-cAg阳性率分别為4.9%、75.0%、83.3%、91.7%、100%。结论：HCV-cAg诊断丙型肝炎的准确度、特异度及灵敏度均较高，HCV-RNA载血量血清数值越大，HCV-cAg阳性率越高，因此HCV-cAg的检测可作为HCV-RNA的补充检测，临床应用价值较高。
