    【摘要】 目的：分析肠造口护理工作室95例并发症的情况调查及对策。方法：选取2019年6-12月于本院肠造口护理工作室的造口门诊就诊的95例患有并发症的造口患者评估记录。统计患者造口护理评估记录，分析术后10 d～1年高发的造口并发症种类、原因并制定后期宣教方案。结果：分析术后10 d～1年高发造口并发症依次为粪水性皮炎、皮肤黏膜分离、造口凹陷、造口回缩、造口周围肉芽肿、过敏性皮炎、造口水肿、造口旁疝、造口出血、造口脱垂、造口狭窄。结论：肠造口护理工作室的工作模式旨在为患者提供全程的闭环式整体护理服务，通过造口门诊收集造口换药处置患者的病例并分析出肠造口术后10 d～1年高发并发症的种类及其原因，为后期有针对性的出院宣教及延续性护理宣教提供依据。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the investigation and countermeasures of complications in 95 cases of enterostomy nursing studio. Method： The evaluation records of 95 stoma patients with complications who visited the stomy clinic of the enterostomy care studio of our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected.
