    【摘要】 目的：探究三维适形联合CT下3D腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期子宫颈癌的效果。方法：回顾性分析2017年3月-2019年11月就诊于本院的86例中晚期子宫颈癌患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法的不同进行分组，将其中43例采取三维适形放疗的中晚期子宫颈癌患者纳入对照组，将另外43例采取三维适形联合CT下3D腔内后装放疗的中晚期子宫颈癌患纳入研究组。两组患者均连续放疗3个疗程，每个疗程28 d。比较两组患者缓解率以及化疗过程中不良反应的发生率。结果：治疗3个疗程后，研究组缓解率为76.74%，高于对照组的53.49%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：三维适形联合CT下3D腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期子宫颈癌患者效果较好，能有效提高治疗缓解率，且不增加放疗不良反应，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of three-dimensional conformal combined with 3D intraluminal post-loading radiotherapy under CT in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Method： The clinical data of 86 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods， 43 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were included in the control group， and another 43 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received three-dimensional conformal combined with 3D intraluminal post-loading radiotherapy under CT were included in the study group.
