    【摘要】 挂线技术治疗肛瘘历史悠久、应用广泛、临床评价不一。本文对近年来国内外肛瘘挂线技术、材料、策略等进行总结，认为在明确肛瘘病因和分类的基础上，结合患者情况和个人技术熟练程度灵活选择安全可控的挂线方式，可有效提高治疗效果。

    [Abstract] Setons techniques has a long history， wide application and different clinical evaluation in the treatment of anal fistula. This paper summarizes the technology， materials and strategies of setons for anal fistula at home and abroad in recent years. It is believed that on the basis of clarifying the etiology and classification of anal fistula， and combining the patients condition and personal technical proficiency， the safe and controllable way of hanging up the wire can be selected flexibly， which can effectively improve the treatment effect. ......
