    【摘要】 目的：观察后疫情时代信息化管理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的330例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的就诊情况，2019年3-10月就诊的165例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦作为对照组(予以传统孕期管理)，2020年5-11月就诊的165例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究组(予以后疫情时代信息化管理)。比较两组血糖控制情况、自我护理能力评分、体重指数变化情况、妊娠结局和满意度情况。结果：干预4周，两组血糖指标均低于干预前(P0.05);研究组服糖后1、2 h血糖均低于对照组(P0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组(P0.05)， the blood glucose of the research group were lower than those of the control group at 1 h and 2 h after the intervention (P0.05). Conclusion： Information management in post-epidemic era can enhance the self-management behavior of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus， reduce the cesarean section rate and optimize the pregnancy outcome.
