IL-17和IL-35与多种疾病之间的研究进展
王宇航 王为光 赵悦荣 杜美霖【摘要】 白细胞介素17(interleukin 17,IL-17)是由辅助性T细胞17(helper T cell 17,Th17)分泌具有细胞因子性质的蛋白,白细胞介素35(interleukin 35,IL-35)是IL-12家族的新成员可抑制Th17的分化及IL-17的分泌,从而发挥免疫抑制作用。目前研究认为,IL-17和IL-35参与人类各系统疾病的发生、发展,并将与各类疾病的关系进行综述。

[Abstract] Interleukin 17 (IL-17) is a protein with cytokine properties secreted by T helper cell (Th17), interleukin 35 (IL-35) is a new member of the IL-12 family and can inhibit the differentiation of Th17 and the secretion of IL-17, thereby exerting an immunosuppressive effect. Current research believes that IL-17 and IL-35 are involved in the occurrence and development of various human diseases, and the relationship with various diseases will be reviewed.
