    【摘要】 有效的根管消毒是根管治疗成功的关键，而常规的机械化学清创很难完全消除根管内的感染微生物。寻找一种彻底有效的根管消毒方法至关重要。光动力疗法(PDT)是由光诱导的微生物、细胞或分子的非热失活，包括光敏剂(PSs)、光源以及氧三种组成成分，它是辅助清除根管内感染微生物的一种新型选择。

    [Abstract] Effective root canal disinfection is the key to successful root canal treatment， but conventional mechanochemical debridement is difficult to completely eliminate the microorganisms in the root canals. It is important to find a thorough and effective method of root canal disinfection. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is the non-thermal inactivation of microorganisms， cells or molecules induced by light， including photosensitizer (PSs)， light source and oxygen， it is a new option to assist in the removal of microorganisms in root canals.
