    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate and observe the application effect of Compound Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and influence for bone metabolism and intestinal flora. Method： A total of 90 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were chosen for the study， and they were randomly divided into routine treatment group (the control group) and Compound Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule group (the observation group)， 45 cases in each group. Then the total effective rates， bone metabolism indexes， bone density and intestinal flora indexes before treatment and after treatment of two groups were compared.
