    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the value of bedside ultrasound in the etiological diagnosis of neonates with recurrent vomiting. Method： The clinical data of 60 neonates with recurrent vomiting with organic digestive tract diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were examined by bedside ultrasound and abdominal flat film， and the two imaging results were compared. Result： Among the causes of recurrent vomiting in 60 cases， congenital gastrointestinal malformation accounted for 60.00% (36/60)， and acquired gastrointestinal diseases accounted for 40.00% (24/60). Malformations of upper digestive tract accounted for 88.89% (32/36) of congenital malformations. 12 cases of necrotizing enterocolitis recovered after symptomatic medical treatment ......
