    【摘要】 目的：研究鼠神经生长因子对急性脑出血(ACH)患者的疗效及生化指标的影响。方法：选取2017年3月-2019年3月本院收治的87例ACH患者， 将其随机分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=44)。对照组予以奥拉西坦治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合鼠神经生长因子。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况;比较两组治疗前后神经功能、日常生活能力及炎症因子水平。结果：研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在奥拉西坦的基础上联用鼠神经生长因子治疗ACH的效果明显，可改善患者神经功能及生活能力，减轻炎症反应，安全性较佳，适合临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of Rat Nerve Growth Factor on the efficacy and biochemical indexes of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ACH).
