    【摘要】 目的：分析陣发性心房颤动导管射频消融术后复发的危险因素。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月-2019年1月在本院心内科明确诊断为阵发性心房颤动并行射频消融术的150例患者的临床资料。根据患者术后随访情况分为非复发组(n=100)和复发组(n=50)。分析影响阵发性心房颤动导管射频消融术后复发的危险因素。结果：两组吸烟、饮酒、合并高血压、合并糖尿病、合并冠心病、LVEF、LADI、左心房前后径、右心房上下径、CRP、UA、Ccr、Hcy、三酰甘油比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组房颤病程、CHA2DS2-VASc评分、术后住院时间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示，房颤病程≥36个月和CHA2DS2-VASc评分≥2分、术后住院时间是阵发性心房颤动导管射频消融术复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：房颤病程长、CHA2DS2-VASc评分高、术后住院时间长是阵发性房颤患者导管射频消融术后复发的独立危险因素，诊断过程中识别危险因素、个体化治疗、定期术后随访具有重要的临床价值。

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the risk factors of recurrence after catheter radiofrequency ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
