    [Abstract] Objective： To compare the incidence and clinical efficacy of anastomotic fistula in colorectal cancer with different colon anastomosis techniques in the surgery of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery. Method： The clinical data of 120 patients with low colorectal cancer who underwent NOSES in Wuwei Cancer Hospital in Gansu Province from January 2018 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Patients who underwent coloanal anastomosis with Parks method were included in the control group， and patients who underwent two-step rectum turning out method combined with modified nail base binding retro-penetrating anastomosis were included in the observation group， 60 cases in each group. Perioperative indicators， occurrence of complications， death were compared between two groups， 24 h pain scores after surgery were compared between two groups ......
