    [Abstract] Objective： To expolre clinical efficacy of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of patients with post-stroke depression and its influence on quality of life. Method： A total of 96 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected， and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number method， 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Paroxetine， and the study group was treated with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.
