    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Bushen Juandu Pills combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic HBV infection in immune tolerance stage. Method： A total of 100 patients with chronic HBV infection in the immune-tolerant stage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected， and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method， 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Entecavir， and the study group was treated with Bushen Juandu Pills on the basis of the control group. HBV-DNA negative conversion， HBeAg serum conversion， HBeAg negative conversion， efficacy， IL-10， IL-5， IFN-γ and serum fibrosis indexes were compared between two groups.
