    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the effectiveness of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on immune function of patients. Method： A total of 98 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group， 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups， immune function indexes， HAQ scores and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.
