    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Levosimendan combined with Nicorandil on ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) with refractory heart failure. Method： A total of 92 ICM patients with refractory heart failure admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method， 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levosimendan， and the observation group was treated with Nicorandil on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， adverse reactions were compared between two groups， the number of weekly angina attacks and 6 min walking distance before and after treatment， cardiac function indexes before treatment and 1 week， 2 weeks of treatment were compared between two groups.
