    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion (HP) combined with hemodialysis (HD) in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Method： A total of 64 patients with CRF diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table， 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HD， the observation group was treated with HP on this basis， both groups were treated continuously for 6 months. The levels of inflammatory factors， renal function and parathyroid hormone (PTH) were compared between the two groups. Result： Before the treatment， comparison of TNF-α， IL-6， hs-CRP， Scr， BUN and PTH levels between two groups， there were no significant differences (P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment ......
