    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical comprehensive value of stereotactic improved soft channel guided by high resolution CT in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected， and they were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods， 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intracranial hematoma removal by hard channel， and the observation group was treated with stereotactic improved soft channel guided by high resolution CT. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups， nerve injury indexes (NSE， S100B)， hematoma volume and cerebral edema volume before surgery and 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery were compared between two groups， and the stress response indexes before surgery and 3 and 7 d after surgery were compared between two groups.
