    [Abstract] Objective： To explore the diagnostic and prognostic value of serum symmetrical dimethylarginine (SDMA) level in renal cystic adenoma. Method： A total of 60 patients with renal cystic adenoma treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study group， 50 patients with benign renal lesions treated in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of SDMA， alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the two groups were detected.
