    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Raloxifene combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)， and its influence on serum IL-10 and IL-18. Method： A total of 66 PCOS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected， and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Raloxifene， and the study group was treated with Dexamethasone on the basis of the control group， 30 cases in each group. The number of follicles with diameter ≥16 mm and endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation after intervention were compared between two groups， ovulation and pregnancy rates were compared between two groups， and the serum IL-10 and IL-18 levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.
