    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the possible associations of Leptin polymorphisms with the risk of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Method： A total of 138 patients with recurrent abortion who visited our hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were selected as RSA group， and 142 normal pregnant women who underwent obstetric examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. All subjects were forbidden to eat， 5 mL peripheral venous blood was taken， all genotypes were determined by High performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC)， and serum leptin level was determined by ELISA. Result： In the polymorphism of Leptin RS7799039 G/A genotype， the frequency of GA+AA type， AA type and A allele in RSA group were higher than those in control group ......
