    【摘要】 全世界青少年和儿童都受到骨肉瘤的威胁，这种肿瘤主要好发于长骨干骺端，是该年龄段最常见的高度恶性骨肿瘤。早期肿瘤检测是有效治疗该疾病的关键，生物标志物的发现和对分子及其复杂相互作用的不断认识改善了骨肉瘤临床试验结果。本文简述了骨肉瘤的生物标志物，并重点介绍了骨肉瘤相关生物标志物的研究进展，以期对骨肉瘤临床治疗的进展产生积极影响。

    [Abstract] Adolescents and children all over the world are threatened by osteosarcoma， this tumor mainly occurs in the epiphysis of the long shaft， it is the most common highly malignant bone tumor in this age group. Early tumor detection is the key to the effective treatment of this disease. The discovery of biomarkers and the continuous understanding of molecules and their complex interactions have improved the results of clinical trials of osteosarcoma. This paper briefly describes the biomarkers of osteosarcoma， and focuses on the research progress of osteosarcoma related biomarkers， in order to have a positive impact on the progress of clinical treatment of osteosarcoma.
