    【摘要】 氢吗啡酮(Hydromorphone，HM)是强效阿片类药物，镇痛效果强，不良反应少，在临床中使用日益广泛。氢吗啡酮加入局麻药能够加快局麻药起效时间，延长局麻药作用时间，镇痛效果确切。这使得区域麻醉中使用氢吗啡酮佐剂，可能更获益。因此，本文结合其局部药理机制，综述氢吗啡酮作为局麻药佐剂在区域麻醉中使用的有效性和安全性。

    [Abstract] Hydromorphone (HM) is a powerful opioid drug with strong analgesic effect and few adverse reactions， so it is widely used in clinic. Hydromorphone can accelerate the onset time of local anesthetics and prolong the action time of local anesthetics. This may make the use of Hydromorphone adjuvant in regional anesthesia more beneficial. Therefore， this paper reviews the efficacy and safety of Hydromorphone as a local anesthetic adjuvant in regional anesthesia.
