    【摘要】 钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2抑制剂(sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitor，SGLT-2i)是一种新型降糖药，近年来在临床上被广泛用以2型糖尿病患者，目前许多研究发现SGLT-2i的作用不单是限于降低患者血糖水平，它还可以提供多层次的心血管水平的保护。炎症与心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases，CVD)密切相关，随着对SGLT-2i研究的不断深入，其干预心血管炎症的作用日益受到重视。本文综述SGLT-2i对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease，CHD)、心力衰竭、糖尿病心肌病、脂肪组织等心血管系统疾病发生发展过程中炎症方面的研究进展，为更加合理、科学地应用SGLT-2i提供新的思路。
