    【摘要】 目的：探究及觀察超声乳化手术中灌注压对糖尿病白内障患者角膜内皮的影响。方法：选取2020年6月-2021年5月的100例糖尿病白内障超声乳化手术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为灌注压70～75 cmH2O组(A组)、76～80 cmH2O组(B组)、81～85 cmH2O组(C组)、86～90 cmH2O组(D组)及91～100 cmH2O组(E组)，每组20例。比较五组术前及术后1、3、7、30 d角膜内皮细胞参数、角膜厚度、角膜水肿程度及视力状态。结果：术前，五组角膜内皮细胞参数、角膜厚度、角膜水肿程度及视力状态比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1、3、7、30 d，A组、B组、C组、D组的角膜内皮细胞参数均显著优于E组(P<0.05)，E组的角膜厚度和角膜水肿程度均显著高于其他四组(P<0.05)，但五组视力状态比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：糖尿病白内障患者超声乳化手术中灌注压86～90 cmH2O对角膜内皮的影响较小，在本类患者手术中的应用价值较高。
