低氧诱导下急性肺损伤的HIF-1α与VEGF相关性探析

张义超 洒玉萍 马积和 陈发章 吴俊松 吕李飞 刘菲菲 马忠义 李蜀娟【摘要】 急性肺损伤(ALI)是各种原因导致的肺泡上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞损伤,造成肺水肿和急性低氧性呼吸功能不全。在急性低氧条件下,肺血管收缩、肺动脉压力升高、肺泡水肿和塌陷,导致肺内分流显著增加,进而诱发低氧血症,造成肺血管痉挛及肺微小血栓,共同诱导肺动脉高压的形成。在低氧诱导下,肺组织的低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)与血清的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达量发生相应改变,这可能是导致ALI形成的原因之一,现就有关低氧诱导下ALI、HIF-1α与VEGF研究现状进行综述。

[Abstract] Acute lung injury (ALI) is the injury of alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells caused by various reasons, resulting in pulmonary edema and acute hypoxic respiratory insufficiency. Under the condition of acute hypoxia, pulmonary vasoconstriction, pulmonary artery pressure increase, and alveolar edema and collapse lead to significant increase of intrapulmonary shunt, and then induce hypoxemia, it can cause pulmonary vasospasm and pulmonary microthrombosis, and induce the formation of pulmonary hypertension.
