    【摘要】 前列腺癌在我国的发病率呈上升趋势，近年来影像技术在不断改进与更新，影像检查方法不仅可通过形态学改变来检测前列腺癌，还可从肿瘤的血流动力学、代谢及分子水平等角度提高病灶的檢出率，并可对病灶进行靶向穿刺。本文就近年来国内外前列腺癌在磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层扫描(PET)、超声、分子影像及影像组学方面研究新进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] The incidence of prostate cancer in China is increasing year by year， with the rapid development of imaging technology， imaging examination can not only detect prostate cancer through morphological changes， but also improve the detection rate of lesions from the perspective of tumor hemodynamics， metabolism and molecular level， and can target puncture the lesions. This article reviews the recent research progress of prostate cancer in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)， positron emission tomography (PET)， ultrasound， molecular imaging and imaging omics.
