    【摘要】 目的：探讨三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗食管癌的效果及对不良反应发生率的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年1月佳木斯市肿瘤结核医院收治的86例食管癌患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组43例。对照组给予单独三维适形放射治疗，研究组给予三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、吞咽困难改善率、生活质量改善率及不良反应发生情况等。结果：研究组生活质量总改善率、治疗总有效率、吞咽困难总改善率均明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗食管癌患者能有效增强治疗效果，显著改善吞咽困难情况，还能进一步降低药物不良反应，有效提升生活质量，可推广使用。
