    【摘要】 血府逐瘀汤出自于清·王清任的《医林改错》，是活血化瘀的代表方剂。此方剂现在已经被越来越多的应用于糖尿病及其慢性并发症与合并症的临床治疗。本文章通过检索血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病及其慢性并发症与合并症等相关文献，综述了关于血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病及其慢性合并症的临床研究、名医家经验等，依据其相关文献就血府逐瘀汤一方治疗糖尿病及其慢性并发症与合并症做一整合，为指导临床用药和更深层次的研究提供相关的理论依据。

    [Abstract] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is derived from Wang Qingren’s Medical Forest Correction and is a representative prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. This prescription has now been used more and more in the clinical treatment of diabetes and its chronic comorbidities.
