    【摘要】 抑郁症是一种较为常见的精神疾病，但其治疗效果却大多不尽如人意且愈后易复发。近年来，大量研究表明抑郁症不仅与神经精神有关，且受多系统影响，从而表现出不同的临床症状。而其他疾病伴发抑郁症更是病机复杂，治疗难度较大。本文就抑郁症与其他系统之间的关系做一综述，帮助临床对抑郁症有更全面的认识与理解。

    [Abstract] Depression is a relatively common mental illness， but its treatment effects are mostly unsatisfactory and tend to relapse after healing. In recent years， a large number of studies have shown that depression is not only related to neuropsychiatry， but also affected by multiple systems， resulting in different clinical symptoms. The pathogenesis of other diseases associated with depression is more complicated and difficult to treat. This article reviews the relationship between depression and other systems to help clinicians have a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of depression.
